SUMMARY:Celebrate the Way You Love: A Tu B'Av Event
DESCRIPTION:  \n \nTu B’Av is the Jewish holiday for love! Everybody loves in their own way\, and we want to celebrate the unique ways that each of us express and receive love. Please join us for an evening of yoga\, potluck food\, drink\, and socializing\, brought to you by the Portland Jewish Yoga Collective and Jews on the Margins. \nPlease bring your own yoga mat or towel\, water bottle\, and food and drink to share (beer and wine allowed). Please label your potluck dish to help those with sensitivities. To help us reduce waste\, please bring your own plate\, cup\, and utensils if you are able. \nThe yoga practice will be suitable for all levels of practitioners and all movements can be modified for all abilities. If you have specific limitations or concerns\, please feel free to contact the instructor\, Rachel Stern\, rachel@heartshapedyoga.com\, in advance. \nThis event is free! Tips are appreciated.
